The Emil Just Memorial Award, one of the NEOFCA's most prestigious, was established in 1950 to honor the memory and distinguished career of Emil Just, the inspirational salesman from the Lott & Keckler Company, who died of a cerebral hemorrhage at the age of 38.  The award recognizes outstanding contributions to the floor covering industry that carry on in the spirit of his work.

As part of its recognition of excellence, NEOFCA celebrates its long tradition of honoring those whose outstanding contributions have impacted our industry for the better in countless ways. The Emil Just Memorial Award honors those individuals that have gone "above and beyond" their normal job responsibilities in helping their customers and consistently promoting excellence by providing faster, friendlier and easier services to our constituents.
